Website privacy

This notice explains how information is used when you enquire through this website or use the free team performance check-in. Contact hello@inspiredstem.com with questions about your information.

When you make an enquiry

We collect your name and email address. You can also share your company, role and preferred platform for a discovery call. If you arrive from a particular offer, that selection is included with your enquiry. Please leave out confidential project information and personal information about other people.

We use this information to respond, understand the support you need, prepare a proposal and manage related follow-up. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing prospective client relationships. Where you ask about entering a contract personally, we also use information to take steps at your request before that contract.

Who can access it

When you press “Send enquiry”, your enquiry details are passed to FormSubmit to email them to hello@inspiredstem.com. FormSubmit processes the submitted information and retains a copy for 30 days. You can read its privacy policy. You can also email us directly. New enquiries are not stored in the website’s private archive. Enquiries saved before 14 October 2026 remain in a private archive restricted to the authorised site owner. Website hosting and communications providers process information needed to operate the service and respond to you. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or publish your enquiry.

How long information is needed

We retain enquiry details while they are needed to respond, prepare or discuss a proposal, and manage related follow-up. Whether the discussion remains active, whether you become a client, and any record-keeping obligations determine how long relevant information is needed. You can ask us to remove an enquiry or stop following up with you.

The free team performance check-in

Your answers and result stay in your browser while the page is open. They are not sent to us or saved by the website. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. If you choose “Discuss my result”, you can send an enquiry. Your summary is only included if you select the option to share it. Your individual answers are not included in the enquiry.

Website operation

Hosting and sign-in services process technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Signing in is only needed for the private team area. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics that collect your assessment answers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct personal information, request deletion, or ask us to restrict its use. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including further enquiry follow-up. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances and legal basis. Email hello@inspiredstem.com so we can respond and, where needed, verify your identity.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through its complaints service.
