Career Accelerator

Find your next step across expectations, credibility, ownership and identity.

The challenge and how we help

Expectations can be unclear. Credibility takes time. Extra responsibility does not always become recognised progression.

  • Understand the role's explicit and unwritten expectations.
  • Build credible delivery and visible ownership, with clear boundaries.
  • Work with an expert coach on the accelerator that matters at your current stage.

Personal Performance Coaching

Solution focused coaching, shaped around what matters to you.

The challenge and how we help

Not every coaching need fits a neat programme. You may know you want something to change before you know exactly where to start.

  • Clarify your preferred future and the progress you want to see.
  • Build on your strengths and what is already working.
  • Choose practical next steps and shape the coaching process with your coach.

You and your coach agree the goals, pace and approach. The work follows your priorities.

What will we work on?Decisions, relationships and the habits behind your performance

Your priorities shape the work

Where is leadership getting
in the way of delivery?

Use real decisions, meetings and conversations from your work. Each session connects a recognisable problem with a skill you can practise.

Does pressure change how people experience you?

Notice when urgency turns into taking over, shutting down challenge or leaving people uncertain.

What we work on
  • Your Leadership Voice and communication preferences.
  • The difference between your intention and others’ experience.
  • Patterns and defensive reactions that emerge under pressure.

Practise: Revisit a real escalation meeting. Identify what you said, how people responded and rehearse a response that invites useful information.

Take away: A personal pressure plan: what to notice, what to stop and what to say instead.

Does every decision come back to you?

Help people make sound decisions within clear authority, without waiting for you to approve every step.

What we work on
  • OODA: observe the situation, orient to the goal, decide and act.
  • Decision boundaries, experience and when to seek support or escalate.
  • Delegation with clear outcomes, authority and review points.

Practise: Take one recurring approval and agree the outcome, decision boundaries, support and review points.

Take away: A delegation agreement and a practical decision guide.

Are you hearing about risks too late?

Make it easier to challenge assumptions and raise difficult news across teams, suppliers and disciplines.

What we work on
  • Listening, assumptions and the Communication Code.
  • Giving feedback and handling disagreement across disciplines.
  • Your response to difficult news and its effect on psychological safety.

Practise: Rehearse a delayed-risk or supplier conversation using a real situation, then review how it went.

Take away: A conversation brief and clear expectations for raising concerns.

Are longer hours covering the gaps?

Identify the work you keep absorbing and create room to lead, develop others and recover.

What we work on
  • The 5 Gears framework for recognising what a situation needs.
  • Transitions between focused work, tasks, relationships and recharge.
  • Capacity, boundaries and the workload conversations that need to happen.

Practise: Map a real week and redesign one recurring pattern of rescue, rework or unnecessary meeting attendance.

Take away: A weekly leadership rhythm and one responsibility to transfer with support.

Different ways of thinking. Support shaped around you.

We welcome neurodivergent leaders, including those with ADHD. Start with your strengths and what helps you learn and apply new ideas.

Agree useful preparation, a workable pace and how to capture actions. Use conversation, visual tools or practical rehearsal. You can ask for a different approach without sharing a diagnosis or personal health information.

Your coach. Your goals. A clear agreement.

We select a coach around your context, priorities and availability. Agree your goals, session length and frequency, format, fee and confidentiality arrangements before work begins.

Where an organisation sponsors coaching, agree what progress information can be shared. The assessment helps you and your coach choose a useful direction.

Experience in practice

Useful in your next meeting.
And the one after that.

Put the learning to work in your next decision, meeting or conversation.
