We apply the same process across every context.

Across all three offers, we use the same language to plan, decide and act.

We’ve learnt that tools only matter when people use them. We draw on military planning and professional sport, then coach your team to apply the frameworks to real delivery decisions.

Team Performance Assessment

Five areas.
A clearer starting point.

The assessment helps a team understand how it is working across five connected areas. We use the findings to agree practical priorities, compare perspectives and review progress.

A score reflects respondents’ view of the team. Capacity concerns workload, decisions and the ability to sustain delivery; it is not a percentage of engineering output or financial return.

Clear communication and trusted relationships help people align their efforts and execute. Capacity asks whether the team has what it needs to keep doing that well.
